WHAT WE BELIEVE

At Christ Deliverance Church of the Apostolic Faith, we believe in one true and living God that gave His only begotten Son, Christ Jesus that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  We believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God and the foundation for our faith, doctrine, conduct, and daily life. We believe in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and that salvation is found through him. We believe in repentance from sin, water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and true salvation. We believe with the evidence of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. We believe in living a life of holiness, righteousness, obedience, prayer, faith, and separation from sin, seeking to follow the teachings and example of Jesus Christ. We believe the Church is called to preach the Gospel, teach the Word of God, make disciples, pray for the sick and those in need, encourage one another, and lead souls to true salvation through Christ Jesus. We believe that God still works through the power and gift of the Holy Ghost, that His Word remains true for every generation, and that every believer is called to live by faith, walk in obedience, and faithfully serve God until the return of Jesus Christ.
